How to use the subjunctive mood to express importance?
In American English, after it is important that (and other phrases expressing importance, necessity or recommendation), use the infinitive without to (subjunctive mood).
For example, a phrase like this:
It is important that you be natural on stage.
(you will be asked to create an account if you do not have one)
